Hey! Thank you. I was looking for an easier variation of low lung twist.
You're so welcome. Thank you for commenting
I may have missed this. Do you take estrogel with a prigesterone tab? I think once you have a uterus you should
Hi, yes I take one pea size amount of oestrogen and the same progesterone. It works for me.
I had my marina IUD placed four years ago. In that for your time I’ve started menopause. Should that IUD come out or is that IUD helping me because of the progesterone? I had surgery in December and for some reason I think it brought my menopause out full force and for the last month have had palpitations, nausea, and a spike and blood pressure literally overnight never had these problems till after the surgery I’m wondering if trauma surgery can make menopause worse. When I feel the episodes coming on, eating immediately puts my anxiety into overdrive because my first experience almost made me pass out. I never know how far and how long my episodes will go I’ve also heard of the marina crash. I know they last for about five years. Not sure if it’s just not working as well and that could be happening. I am 52. Thank you for making your video.
You're so welcome and I'm sorry for my delayed reply. I didn't see all these comments so am only just answering them. I hope you're feeling better now. I also had the mirena coil and had it for 2 years, when it was removed I didn't have a period again (and my periods were very heavy due to adenomyosis). I've worked on detoxing my body of excess oestrogen, which massively helped. I've also changed my diet so don't have anxiety or palpitations etc. Also diaphragmatic breathing is really important. Sign up to the emails via my website and you'll receive my information as it comes out. Hope this helps.
Hello from the U.S. Thank you so much for sharing your journey with us. It’s so validating to hear that other women are experiencing what I am and that I’m not crazy. I feel like doctors and even family are either not listening to me or think I’m nuts. I’m 42 and so far I struggle with moodiness, emotional sensitivity (like ridiculously tender), brain fog, forgetting words, waking up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, insomnia, fatigue and anxiety. Thank God I haven’t had any hot flashes and pray that I never will. I plan to start a strength training program and improve my eating habits to help with symptoms. God bless you and all the other ladies out there walking through this challenging season of life. 🌺
I'm so sorry to have missed your comment but hope you're okay and hope things are improving. My website is there to help women like you so please check it out. I just published it last week so it's completely up to date. I hope it helps you
Yup as a 46 year old woman I'm feeling the same systems.but my breast is swoll and pain around the areola area....😢
I'm so sorry to have missed your comment. I hope you're okay now and that things have improved. Peri menopause can definitely cause these symptoms due to oestrogen going a bit wild. Please do let me know

I just did this for the first time and it helped. Thank you! I'll try to do it a few more times this week.
I'm so pleased. I hope it helped you
Lots of women have their hair falling out because their thyroid is low. Have you tried seeing a functional medical doctor? They are private doctors who run way more hormone tests then regular NHS doctors. They can prescribe natural bio-identical (BHRT) hormones like estrogen, progesterone and testosterone, but also thyroid hormones.
Thank you so much for your message. I managed to fix my hair loss and reverse it via nutrition, which is brilliant for others going through the same. Thyroid issues are often nutrition based too so it's better to look into that than take medication that may not be needed.

Oh my god. Your story sounds like me that started when I was 43/44. I went through the same symptoms as you - exactly the same !. My GP didn’t do any hormone tests but put me on antidepressants. I’ve now come off them after 8 years and that was hard. It was the perimenopause and an under active thyroid that was the problem I found out during that time. I also suffer endo and adenomyosis. It is really painful. I was told by my GP I couldn’t have HRT aswell because of the gynae problems. I’m now 52 and I’ve been 6 months into the menopause and came crashing down again. I did see a Lady gynae and she is letting me have oestrogen gel as a I have the mirena fitted aswell. Thankgod someone listened. Await my gel and can’t wait to feel like me again. Hormone deficiency is hell on earth 😩
So pleased you’ve got some answers at last! What a rollercoaster. Makes my blood boil that women go through this xx
Apparently the ovaries produce just a small fraction of the estrogen in our bodies, and it's because of our exposure to chemicals that mimic estrogen, thus disrupting our body's natural production, that we suffer the symptoms of menopause. When I switched to a high fat, zero carb diet, my lifelong pms disappeared. We aren't meant to suffer like we do. I believe diet is the answer to balancing our hormones, definitely not pills. Women are scared of eating fat, when healthy fats are what our bodies need. ua-cam.com/video/5UVegbhaMZI/v-deo.html
I'm 44 and I've been having heart palpitations about a week before my period. My periods are regular still..... if I miss one then I'm pregnant lol that kind of regular. But I woke up in a sweat last night and my heart was racing. Is this a sign of pre menopause?
Yes it definitely can be. Sometimes it’s the progesterone that can make the biggest difference. Worth keeping check of all symptoms before you go armed with info to your GP ❤
Thank you for sharing. May I also suggest books by Christine Northrup. Many of her books have been so helpful with this stage of life. She has beautiful perspectives beyond the normal perspectives.
Thank you for sharing, I’ll definitely have a look. The more we share the more we can help each other. Thankfully awareness is so much better but a long way to go xx
Thank you for sharing your story- it is really helpful. May I share Barbara O’Neill on UA-cam here where I learned about perimenapause and hormones as I started noticing I’m going through it too with anxiety and heart palpitations for no reason at all ( well, now I know). She says there’s an all natural cream made by wild yams ( NOT THE PHARMACUTICAL One!) that has estrogen and the Dill herb is quite high in progesteron. I found when I increased my electrolytes and took mag and calcium it helps with palpitation and anxiety. Many thanks for your video.
Thank you for sharing, that’s really helpful. We all need to keep talking and sharing stories ❤
May I ask what kind of magnesium?
Take Epsom salt baths, you can't overdose and I noticed all my symptoms I mentioned disappeared.@@stepbystep5572

Great video! Such great exercises!
Thank you!
You have no control. It's a roller coaster ride. Surrender to it.
Not true. ua-cam.com/video/zon6G89-KRg/v-deo.html
Ahh but we do have control, which is a great thing
@@Allyatkinsfitness what do you have control of?
@@Godisfirst21 you have control over the food you put in your mouth, the amount of water you drink, how much you let things stress you out, how your social circle is and how much you let people lift you up or put you down, how you manage your down time and sleep, how you breathe and activate your vagus nerve. So many things, which make a huge difference at this time of life
I'm 49 and still getting a period. I can't wait to STOP having a period. WHOOP WHOOP! I smoke cannabis, so I sleep very well. It helps me a lot. Cannabis is the only thing I ever use.
I'm pleased it's working for you. I'm now 49 and nutrition changes made the world of difference thank goodness
@Allyatkinsfitness Is that really true? I'm post menopause now and my weight came off easily. It's summer and I'm eating banana splits and no periods and I'm having the time of my life NOT living in the kitchen anymore. Most of my diet is junk. I intermittent fast. Live people.
@@Godisfirst21 I’m post menopause too. Everyone is different. Junk food and intermittent fasting for some people will cause absolute chaos so it’s not advice I’d ever give anyone. Your body needs good nutrition to function well but not everyone wants that and that’s ok
Felt so much anxiety ease off after watching your video…thanks so much for sharing !!!
Thank you, you’re so welcome ❤
Thank you for sharing your experiences and things that work (sort of). It helps so much to hear others say they have felt the same effects and had the same issues with doctors. I litterally felt like I was crazy untill I found other women with heavy symptoms like mine. Doctors NEED to be way better trained....you are so rite.
They really do need more training and thankfully they’re getting there and it’s improving ❤
Doctors only say go for a walk. Move.
👏😍👌
👌🙌😍😍
👌👌🙌
I totally agree with you! I don’t understand why doctors automatically want to give us antidepressants. 😕
Because they are slaves to the pharmacutical companies. The sooner people wake up to this the better.
It’s bonkers, it’s the only way some of them know 🙄
Definitely some really good beginner exercises 👍💪
I love FRC training!
Great! Me too!
