You can use ffmpeg to stream your screen without encoding the video to the raspberry and then use the raspberry pi 4 h264 hardware acceleration to encode the stream and then send the stream to Twich/UA-cam in 30 fps. This will use way less resources from your computer. But keep in mind that you need a gigabit Ethernet port on your computer and I would recommend to use an USB 3.0 Ethernet adapter (gigabit) so you can connect the raspberry to the computer using the Ethernet adapter and the regular Ethernet port to the router. If you need any help, feel free to ask.

Great video! I'm not a KSP player, but as a Linux user I enjoyed! Here's some of my thoughts and a few recommendations for you: 3:30 You actually don't need any peripherals to set up a RPI- not even a monitor. The RPI imager program lets you set up a user and WiFi credentials before you even plug the SD card into the Pi, and from there you can do everything from the terminal on your Windows PC remotely via SSH. But don't worry about that, it's good to get yourself acquainted with the Linux desktop :) SSH is really cool too- look into enabling it if you're interested. 5:28 The reason it's not able to find the dotnet command is because of Microsoft's bizzare non-standard default installation folder (Normally your user's home folder is ONLY used for configuration files, I don't know why they decided to put the ENTIRE PROGRAM there??). Those two commands just tell BASH (The program you're interacting with in the terminal) to look in that weird folder, but they don't persist after a reboot. The guide you showed on screen actually tells you how to "fix" this, add the two commands to the end of your user's .bashrc file (~/.bashrc) which is automatically executed every time BASH is loaded, essentially just automating what you did to "fix" it. As for your Minecraft server sidequest, you have a few options given you're probably behind CG-NAT: Via IPv6 (Free): Check if your ISP supports IPv6 Firewall Passthrough / IPv6 Port Forwarding. This will give players a DIRECT connection to your server with no limitations, as long as all of your players have IPv6 addresses. As I've found out the hard way, there are still a surprising number of ISPs that don't support IPv6 despite it being an internet standard for 7 years by now. Via Tailscale (Freemium): If you're only intending to have a few friends connect to the server, Tailscale is a great tool for that. It's essentially just a VPN you host on your own network, which other people can connect to via the Tailscale app on their device. I'd only ever use this for people you trust, though. Via Reverse Proxy (Freemium): Solutions like playit, ngrok, and localtonet let you create a "tunnel" through their servers to get around ISP trickery. Each has a free tier, but of course that means that each have their limitations if you don't pay up. From my experience with ngrok and localtonet, this means they'll give you a random domain name that changes every once in a while, and a connection which ranges from pretty okay to absolute garbage at peak load times. With localtonet I actually use a server in a completely different country from my own so I can get better ping in the afternoon (120ms across an ocean vs 1700ms in my own country... incredible.) Via a VPN/VPS (PAID): This is something I've thought of testing with my own network, but there are VPNs out there that support port forwarding on their end. Obviously, being paid, this will give a pretty stable connection. You could also host your own VPN with a cloud provider if you really wanted. Honestly though, if you weren't already planning on paying for a VPN, just rent a cloud server and host Minecraft there man...
