Wow Mavis, this video was super eye opening. I love how you said you can't follow routines but you can build habits. Like you, routines have also been the banes of my existence and my mom keeps advising me to "just do it". I feel I end up losing time obsessing over thinking about routines when I do try but can't quite get them for more than a few days or weeks. I was wondering how come I have gotten used to doing certain things if I don't have a routine but I never thought of it the way you expressed it - because I built a habit. That explains it perfectly! I related to your video so much. The only difference, despite having the same exact list under "reflection", was that I was a quiet child (you described as being one very active and energetic, if I understood correctly). Recently my sister was diagnosed with ADHD and I was asking my mom about it because a lot of the symptoms feel like they apply to me but my sister is also more on the active side so I kind of assumed I couldn't have ADHD because it is often associated with high energy. I don't want to diagnose myself but your video is inspiring me to look more into it and no matter what the result, to try your strategies. I am definitely going to try the base and sidequests ASAP , I LOVE how you worded it, wow! Also, I want to give you a hug now! I wanted to give you a caring hug at the beginning of the video and now I want to give you a thank you hug. Thank you for making this video!

This was a wonderful and super informative video. I never considered writing this way, it was really cool going through your process with you! (And to think… it all started because of your short attention span drawing you to cute things…) Also your voice is sooo relaxing, this is a good asmr on its own merit. Also as someone new to the asmr haven subreddit, a good how to for that subreddit. For so many reasons, this was truely an excellent video!

I loved it! It's actually very similar to how I write my scripts, just I'm not as organized lol. Also, your video on how to write an ASMR script can be an ASMR on its own! I felt so relaxed.
