This was a last minute project needed out of a grass in pool disaster that happened. I gathered up any all supplies I had and that my dad wanted to get rid of. From there I built a not pretty but functional pool reel that sits beside my above ground pool, not like the ones I saw for purchase that actually sat across the middle of the pool - not fun.

I found we need our waters and drinks closer when in the above ground pool. We were debating on buying a cooler floatie until I saw this online. I had some unused railing planter boxes around the house and was happy when they fit on the side of the pool! Fill with ice and put your drink in! #short

This project did not go smoothly at any step of the way through it and I got sick in the middle of trying to fix this wrought railing. It is a few weeks since I started it, and I am still not completely done it or happy with the end result. Last year I created this newspaper canvas, then made paper and added them to the canvas, then tried bingo dabber ink for the blue tones, then tried sand art to add texture.
