Suggested rep range for every exercise: 8-12 reps or 30-40 seconds. Rest 20-30 seconds between exercises within a superset. Rest 1-3 minutes between supersets 👍

Abssolutely not there are tousands of different exersises that you can do. So dont let yourselfe get bored with the same every week 😎❤️🌶❤️😎🤘👊
Sure you can do different exercises every week, but you won't be able to track progress, manage fatigue or overload consistently. If your goal is to have fun and exercise to be healthy then sure change your workouts daily, as long as it helps you to show up 💪. To maximise performance, and muscle growth, consistent exercise selection is required!
@@IgnasPatkauka I really should have stuck to trying to get a full depth pistol squat. I think it's my knees though. I can do Cossack Squats no bother and I'm up to 70kg for reps with my ATG back squat. I think I'll start again. I might try it in the gym using a box and get lower and lower. I've only tried at home. I stick to the basics myself. Sure, I'll try new ones but I really like seeing the progress I'm making. Until that changes I'll stick to what I'm doing and what I like.
Yes, chase those goals, you can definitely do it! Going lower and lower with the box is a good strategy 👍. You can also try elevating your heel (place a small weight plate under it), that will make it easier to go low, that will open up more room for your knee to drive forwards 👍. You should! Bayesian curls are great 👍. Though sometimes you have to do it one arm at a time, as dual cables are rarely available in most gyms 🤷🏼♂️
