How to apply mitered end panels and inset end panel face Frames
In this video we go through how to miter the face frame to an end panel or end face frame with an inset panel.
The methods we used to attach the face frame include screws from the inside of the cabinet into the frame and screws into the Inset panel as well.
We go through how to lay out the proper spacing of the inset panel we also go through how to take the face frame off during installation, so the and face frame can be described to the wall and then refit back onto the cabinet.

Переглядів 42014 днів тому
In this video we show how to set up the auxiliary fence how to clamp the fence in place how to calibrate the fence and how to do a test cut for running beveled material for making mitered corners. After running several tests, we got this dialed in for three-quarter thick material that can be set up in a few minutes to run consistent results and allow us to have nice beveled edges for a seamless...

Fixing up our powermatic 6” wood jointer
Can you get these parts so that you can make two custom length hoses?
That's a great question, We haven't tried that before check e-replacement parts maybe
This is what I need. Thanks for your video 🤠
Cheers mate am on site needed this Concise and clear
Not properly done unless you use rusty feeler gauges.
Won’t that piece be three inches minus the blade width if you are using the fence ruler and not the crosscut sled ruler?
The measure strip on that side compensates for that. I rarely use the rip fence. The body position is no good. There is a technique for ripping with slider using stops and clamps, or go to cabinet saw. Always use the clamps when behind the fence.
Where does one fine a Star Wars fanatical, directionally compliant, patient & competent buddy helper like Derrick? I need one!
Good video. I have the same gun and found much the same results. I always found that it doesn't really pull a joint together. I'm probably doing it wrong but for me it kind of introduced a 1/32 gap pretty consistently. FYI it's called a "senclamp" and it's still produced to today, unmodified as far as I can tell and goes for around $700. Mine lives in a very similar drawer and gets used occasionally because it's cool.
I agree it’s cool!
Hahaha I knew there were forklifts with a clutch. Hahaha I tell young people today and they look at me like I'm ancient
It would have been nice to see the joined pieces, how visible or not visible is the joint
A machinist straight edge should be used for this process.
Thanks great video
quite well if forget about some no so familiar setting, im sure you are skilled now, frankly say the ruler back and front use function is a innovative,,but not the best
I had to set up the panel saw at my Menz Shed yesterday. I could use a t-slot and DTI to adjust the fence, which was 0.2mm closer to the blade at the far end of the fence. Being a panel saw it has a travelling carriage with an adjustable fence at the back at 90° to the blade. I'd made a solid adjustable stop for this fence so it could be mitred, and return to 90°, but I couldn't think of any way to do this other than to use a big square. So I'd taken in my own framing square and a big engineer square. I didn't even think to check before adjusting, but after setting up with the framing square, I checked with the engineer square, and it was miles out. I bet there was the best part of a millimeter gap in the 500mm length of the square! The Shed had three framing squares, which turned out to be worse than mine - and one of them was steel. Anyway, I heard of the trick you used, but not tried it, so I'll let you know if I can fix my squares. BTW I bought a so called precision square from Bangood a while back, and the legs were not even parallel, so that's the first thing I'll be checking.
Curious that you are adjusting the out feed table. The out feed is the constant from the factory that everything else is set to , I.E. referencing off of. The knives are adjusted to match the out feed table and the in feed table is adjusted to match, be co-planer, to the out feed table.
This jointer had been moved several times and the end of the outfeed had dropped on the end so every pass we made we had a crooked cut, but after the shims and fix we have a lot straighter board
Nice video but the 30 seconds that are of importance on the stated topic are 10x speed and it’s totally unclear on what’s happening. I like the caster table though.

THANK YOU for actually showing the type of spreader you used (and how, with the wood) to PUSH pulleys apart for tension......Nobody wants to show the hard part...getting the motor BACK to right spot properly tensioned...(Just bought a bar spreader)....some people have shown popping belt around pulley to get on which i don't want to do....Very Helpful video
Glad to have helped!
Easy to drive when the piston rings exist.
Lousy video, 3 pedal Hyster, only column controls explained
well that was a waste of time. phfff
Fantastic brother
It would be a better presentation if you understood how the machine worked before making a video. Assuming the fence is factory square is a big mistake. Take a scrap sheet and make a five sided cut to verify the accuracy. My K 940 s required squaring on both fence positions. The entire machine needed adjustments to make accurate cuts. Good luck with your new machine. Paul
Thanks @paulebender for the good feedback, we did square up the fence using the 3 cut method, it was slightly out of square. Overall we are thrilled with the ability and accuracy of this saw compared to our old cabinet saw and panel saw
That looks really cumbersome in comparison to an Altendorf.
im more confused than ever !!!!!!!!
The tool he was using is called a nail set. You’re welcome.
well i have learnt something new today Thanks
What did you two retards tell any body any thing.about changing the knives? .nothing nothing at all ..fuck uou to your faces
That was very informative..fuck you

What if I don’t have that much space to fit the clip in my Blum hinge?
We have had that problem in the past, our issue was from the hinge bit being sharpened to many times which reduced the hole size
Looks amazing! I think it's hard for everyone to get rid of stuff, but it's SO necessary. Great job!
Could I ever show you some LEAN OFFICE!
Adding some Taichi Ohno to the mix is a good thing!
If you happen to have a festool domino, just use that for the cabinet side of the hinge. It's the same size.
We tried that, our machine doesn’t go wide enough or deep enough in one pass
Nice! Turned out amazing. Hope you are doing well, Adam!
Standards like this are hard to start, but the benefits are huge. Reducing the confusion is always beneficial.
We are much better off than we were years ago, my biggest goal is to start a movement that takes off and keeps going!
Love it! Thanks for sharing these. The worn sandpaper indicator is such a good idea!
Thanks Flory! Last week one of our guys improved the improvement and added all the grits!
I'd love to see a Salice Air hinge with push-to-open.
just got a manual one and im scared
they usually aren't that hard to drive. after a little bit of practice you can get the hang of it!
Very nicely done…
Thanks! We loved seeing the clients reaction! We’re going back soon to install a desk top grommet that will finish the install!
Suggestion: Stop using the home-made lazy susan. Just use the furniture dolly since it already turns on all four wheels. Just make sure that it's centered. You're gonna end up using it to transport anyway; one two less steps putting it on and taking it off the lazy susan.
This is a great suggestion! Less transportation
Do you need to do both hinges or just the one?
Depending on the size and weight of the door is how many you need, narrow and tall doors (10” wide and 30” tall) only need 1 really. As soon as you install in 1 hinge you can get a feel for how many you need.
Great idea
We will see how it works out on future projects, might be a cool tool in our design belt.
Good
Nice haul, cedar is absolutely outrageous right now!
Yeah we couldn’t believe how expensive it was looking up recent prices!!
Subbed, you had me at your core values. I hope your channel and business grow!
Nice improvement. Suggestion: add color coded labels for when everything needs to be unplugged, moved and plugged back in. Then standardize that throughout every office.
Thanks Robert! Good idea! This is for her home office so there is currently only one to mark, but I will share this idea with our team and IT installers
Whaaaaat??? Turn down the music. what is this? An EDM concert?

Didn’t even know manual forklifts existed
I just had someone mention it to me and I had to look it up. My question is, why? I've never seen one in 20 years of working jobs with forklifts and the kids today don't have this skill so why would these even exist?
It’s really rare to see a manual forklift these days, because most of them now are automatic
