It would be nice to know how you extract the juice, i.e. cold pressed, etc. Is the juice heated as part of the processing? If so, how hot does it get? It would be nice to hear where these are native to and for people to know these are NOT sweet! They are more astringent but so helpful. The juice can also be thickened and used to make a berry cobbler or syrup for cakes. The juice can also be made into jam/jelly. I too grow these great berries but in the USA. Good to find your post.
