I advise to sit for a few minutes during the walk after walking for a while to allow your knees to recover. Also eat some protein during the walk. That's to avoid damaging your knees. Once damaged they never go back. That isn't to discourage you, just do it the right way and you'll be fine.
Thanks for the advice! 😁 It's hard to post sometimes because I feel I have to live up to my expectations and standards. I feel guilty when I don't live up to them. But it's all about the process, not the outcome! "Life is about the journey, not the destination."

Hi Tori - I'm so happy you enjoyed the video! 😅Thank you for watching and leaving your kind comment. I was using the original mat, so the middle level (the other levels are 'light' and 'advanced'). Hope you get great use from it! 🥰

Why don't you find out about Islam. And you can compare the Quran and the Bible. In Islam, Jesus is a prophet, not a god. And God is one, not three.

Thank you for sharing your experience so far here 😊 - it's a lot to consider re: $/trade-off costs (I also worked in defence insurance firms for over a decade, and the exposure to claims and the timeframes/stress is relentless! Have to agree with you Gemma. I started my channel several years ago and just made videos about building model kits. Something I did as a kid and figured I would do again later in life as a stress relief from work. Well it started off quite well and I got monetised and all that exciting stuff. Then life got in the way and I didn't do much with the channel for a few years. Fast forward now and I am retired and think I will kick start the channel again. Problem for me is I went into analysis paralysis. Thirteen million videos telling me what key factors I had to consider in my videos and how just making one about what I know was far to simplistic. So a month or so ago I looked at what worked and what people were still watching on my channel from years ago. Me as a teacher (my old day job) chatting to camera about what I was doing, because as a teacher thats kind of a skill you get good at. I had no plan, no niche, I just did videos on what I liked to do in the hobby and what I was exploring like new products for the hobby. Then your video came along and basically said the same thing. Be authentic and be you. Sure makes the day a lot simpler to plan. :) Cheers, Dan
Hi Dan! 😊Thank you for watching and leaving your comment - I enjoyed reading of your YT start, hobby and also career past. Truth reveal time - I had a peek at your channel and WOW you have really fun, interesting and well made videos! I find your videos quite calming and the vibe reminds me of art class (which I loved!). I collected a couple of egg plane models myself (both WWII), but I felt sad I never put them together so gave them away (years ago!) - wish I'd known of you then, I could've sent them Tassie way 😃 Thank you for sharing your creative adventures here. I hope you continue to create and have fun doing so.

My daughter is in the US Coast Guard and her boat stopped in New Zealand so she went on a tour to this place in early 2024. It's cool seeing all this via a video because she sent me still life phone pictures. I'd like to go someday. I started reading the Hobbit in 3rd grade and kept reading all of his books until probably 11th grade. It's amazing how much they made these places so similar to the way Tolkien described them in the books.
