I dont know how critical to be... 7:51 looks like you were watching the rally and sitting backhand loaded when you probably could have been more ready for the speed up at you if you were on the balls of your feet with your paddle out in front of you, it looks like your elbows are too close into your body possibly and you have to make a quick decision to let go of the paddle with your second hand while stepping outward to hit the forehand 9:23 Look at your feet and paddle position on your 3rd shot drive. it maybe was because you are hurried but I know you know proper form :P 10.16 Split Step! you almost do, but i think you would have been in better position if you did. Big motion of the hit puts you out of position and your have to spend a lot of time getting back from it , you drop your paddle to you knee to counter a ball that is at your head height then after the big swing you paddle is on your left side of your body, and you stepped back where if you didnt succeed the kitchen line you could have blocked this easier if your paddle was up and ready
