Deep Hole Campground, Suches, GA, Primitive camping, Ozark Trail 10 person tent.
Deep Hole campground in Suches, Georgia is a great primitive camping area with 9 campsites. Most of them are on the water. Campsites don't have any electricity or running water. However, there is a nice vault toilet available. Great place for trout fishing, kayaking, canoeing, or hiking.

No water this morning and light snow cover but warmer weather is coming
Переглядів 32Рік тому
Due to the very cold recent weather (it got down to 1degree on Christmas Eve morning) we and a lot of other families are without water this morning. In the early hours there is enough pressure to fill up enough jugs for the day. Thank you to all the crews out there that are working hard in the cold to get the city's water back up and running.

Hello John and Judy! We absolutely love tent camping! We tried trailers, vans, etc. but always go back to tents. We did have that exact same tent at some point. Nice spot you guys have there. Keep on campin' guys! 💙Terry and Terri
Next time extend the top poles, put the rain fly on and then extend the bottom poles.
Thanks! Great job, both of you.
How many of you got any.about the piece of packaging cardboard on the tarp? Lol ,😊I'm Paula from Michigan my next tent Lord willing, will be the Gazelle 4t + attached livingroom privacy divider😊GODblz Bsav LivnluvinCHRIST Paula
Thanx for all the time you both spent, in setup, explaining, and tear down..😊
Yall are so cute. Thank you for the real time set up. Needed it. Great turn out!
Good looking tent, you guys put that together quick. I bought one vut haven't used it yet. Glad I watched you two so I'm not si frustrated cause I'll only have my dog with me 😊 Thanks fir sharing a honest viewpoint.❤
The problems that surface during a rain storm . The rain fly doesn't come far enough down during blowing rain . To insure the tent stays down in a wind storm is using longer better tent stakes. I plan to get a tarp to go over the entire tent and then put the rain fly over if it if rainy season comes . I live in NC and popup showers is a thing. I love the spacious feeling once tent is set up. I used a queen sized air bed, I had a sitting area and i set up a corner potty area . I used one corner for storage.
When you go camping with it tey that pad for the outside. That way you have more area you don't need to worry about wearing shoes
That was some big hair at the end lol. I luv going to Hiawassee for concerts.
That one roof area gave you the dickens of a time... what a sweet couple❤
If u put it up halfway then raise all 4 the rest of the way its easier I believe. Please be careful not to fall over those poles. Y'all enjoy your time outdoors!
Enjoyed your video, thanks for sharing your camping trip
Just bought one from Walmart $119
the weather going forward i would plan for more than they call for.. merry christmas be safe 🙏💒
Looks beautiful!
That tent and setup look great! Especially like the rug, bedroom and living room arrangement. Thank you both. Peace!
Looks like a good time mr John
Hey, I apologize that I missed your comment on this video. This was called the king bridge built by George King son of Horace king the great bridge builder of the Southeast, and it was moved from Callaway gardens near Pine mountain, Georgia to La Grange, Georgia and there are several articles on it, you can find on Google. Hope this helps you out and not too late.
Love this video.
Spelled it wrong and pronounced it wrong. McKaskey Creek is correct spelling. See your map. Good show and love this campground
Thank You for Sharing!!
What is the name of this bridge and status??. Love this video. Writing a new book on Covered Bridges...thrilled that I can include this story...just need the name of the bridge??
My great great grandfather was mr. Raymond Parks who happened to fund a few races. He was a Gangster with his own crew who made moonshine as most did. He has passed away but is in this hall of fame. He was born in 1914 and died in 2010 15 days after turning 96. He was the owner of Red Byron’s car and it won the championship in 1949. He was the final member of the founding fathers of NASCAR. He was known as the, godfather of southern auto racing. Fly high!
Used to live near there. Was last there just after Chase won the Xfinity championship.
Thanks for the great video. Very nice. We spell Elliott with 2ts
Please leave a comment if you liked this video.
