You’ll run out of storage quickly but if you’re not using it as a daily driver I guess it’s fine

I plan on getting the somewhat new Alienware M18 R2 laptop with a 4090, I9 INTEL Processor, 64gb of ram, 16 GB of graphical memory and with a mouse, mousepad and the computer it'll be almost 4,000$. Should I get it? I've read conflicting opinions some people say that Alienware is terrible other than their laptops which are supposedly decent , others say everything they make is garbage and to get a Razer or ASUS but the ASUS from what I've found doesn't have the same amount of RAM as the Alienware
Alienware is dells company and dell tends to be extremely anti repair and basically the “Apple” of the pc market. With proprietary parts etc. as long as you don’t care about that and are sure you want a laptop than it sounds cool by me. But don’t hold me accountable for your purchase by the way.
@titustech337 Thank you for replying! I just want a powerful and portable gaming laptop that's high quality and will last at least a 4-5 if not more. If I make a mistake of buying it then oh well I guess I'd be out 4,000$ and I'd probably forget about getting another laptop for awhile

@@MTFORESTER I don’t have personal experience but I would watch multiple reviews and see what people think. The thicker the laptop, the better the cooling and the better the durability (usually)

I personally would've gone for a 6600 or a 6650xt because the fps per dollar is better than the 7600 other than that the build is great
I was considering the 6650xt after first looking at the RX 5700xt. My budget was $500 for the whole build and I had max 250 to spend on the GPU so I went for the best I could. I didn’t want to skimp out and regret it later like my friend did with his pc build. I’m glad with what I’ve got, thanks for your comment

Yeah it is. Less than a year ago I was rocking an office pc off eBay with a 750 ti that I slapped in. Now I’m rocking a $500 beast with a Ryzen 5 3600 and obviously the RX 7600. I’ll probably do some benchmarks, but it’s a little difficult right now cause I’m sick. So I guess we’ll just have to see how that goes.
