my skin is oily I'm using dermaco 1% salicylic acid face wash it makes my skin super dry and after using this i have tiny bumps/acne on forehead and also suggest me a good mostiurizer is 5% vitamin c mostiurizer is safe to use after 1 %salicylic acid face wash?

So I ordered kaybeuty lip oil..order will deliver on this Saturday but no idea will that suits me or not..and i am confused that should i just cancel the order and buy any other gloss..so i really need your suggestion should I cancel the order or use kaybeuty lip oil..pls help
