Our tribe is the family of Victoria "Fee" Flores Desadier who was interviewed for the book Nightriders. She was 12 years old at the time of the story and died at the age of 108. We have pictures of the original people! bb

I was in that house where killings took place by Polly Kimbrell in the Spring of 2010. When the Tornado hit parts of Louisiana there I worked as a claims adjuster at that time, and the house had incurred roof damage and interior water damage. The owner of the house at the time told me the story while walking through with me because I’d made mention of it looking to be a very old house. I’d never heard of this, as I live in another State. Interesting nonetheless.

Very good, but I would love to see a new version of this, filmed in a quiet location, I just couldn’t hear everything with all that background noise. I find ancient textile production fascinating. It’s possible to visualize how the process developed to this point from the initially very simple weaving of perhaps straw and leather strips.

I grew up in winnfield. Father was william Stewart walker and grand father was p.k.able mother was Mary walker, music teacher. Read book about this when was 14. Wish only find more. Keep up the good work.

This was a fun and interesting watch. I am a 30 year old from CA and have never heard of the night rider or the west-kimbell clan before last night. I was made aware of them by a a band called The Residents, and a later album of theirs called coochie brake. In the booklet it tells the story of the kimball clan and that they would hide their gold in this crater/swamp(or guess by what was described in your video - a well of sorts) that was apparently a site of much mystery, or so legend has it. It also makes mention of a place called lying horse rock that was apparently cursed/voodooed and also a supposed hang out site of the clan. Have you ever heard of lying horse rock or coochie brake crater/swamp? I can’t seem to find much or any info on the swamp but I did find a newspaper article about lying horse rock

My great-grandparents lived on Harrisonburg Rd, directly across from the Kimbrel Cemetery. Growing up, I used to hear so many stories about this area. It’s great that someone has made the effort to put this together. Thank you so much for your work and I hope you continue to work on this passion project.

It is very interesting. I see that after ancient Rome and Asian culture which is chine and Egyptian, Anatolia. People had used similar machine that was improving little bit and astronomy until kopernik. What didn't they try to invent new things until 1000. I am very curious about things.
