As a big Bowie fan, I thought I'd try singing one of my favorite Bowie songs. I love everything that has to do with space (as you can see in my video, behind me are all sorts of references to different space missions). I have zero experience singing for an audience or recording. I have no intention of doing anything with it besides having fun every now and then!
I sing both lead and backing vocals in this video.
I used:
Logic Pro X
A cheap condenser mic
A little tuning (Waves Tune) to make it sound a bit more polished (as I don’t have a fantastic singing voice, this makes it sound a little warmer and a little less rough around the edges, but my pitch is actually quite alright and didn’t need much work!)
GoPro Hero 11 for filming
I make visuals for STATIONTOSTATION (a tribute to Bowie) and play the drums for this fantastic band. The video is a compilation of different Nasa/ESA and Bowie video's I made using Premiere Pro.
