We lived in a Princeton Properties apartment and had major issues with mold as well as other problems. We ended up moving to a hotel because mold was every where. Including all over our children's things. We were told by corporate that they would call us after speaking to the mold inspector that we paid for. Corporate spoke to the mold inspector, but we still haven't spoken to anyone at corporate. Expenses keep adding up because of this experience. We have health issues that we didn't have prior to this. Hahah! I just thought that was really funny. I am actually moving to highland reserve in a few weeks, ive heard good things and im really excited.

After how we have been treated by Princeton Properties I definitely hope there is not more of the same. Our expenses keep adding up due to the issues with mold that we had while living at a Princeton Properties owned apartment. We definitely notice a difference in our health after living in a mold infested apartment. We are still waiting for someone from corporate to contact us. It has definitely been heartbreaking to have our 3 little children in this situation.

so i notice that its own by princeton properties, well you have an employee name SONIA that works in the office at highland reserve on jimmy carter, i call to get an apartment there asap, she told me she will call me back in 5min waited for 30 min no call back so i call her again ! picked up put me on hold then she hang up on me ! called a 3rd time this lady sends me to an automated system !! thats horrible especially when i need an apartment as soon as possible !!!

suspect the maintainers have been stealing bank info fro us while here. Also we are often woken up by the cops break into our neighbors apartment. Neighbors have also harassed nd threatened me and my elderly father. Do not move here! We will be reporting them for mismanagement.

. Maintenance comes in unannounced when you are naked, asleep or in the shower. They come in during the day when no one is home for mysterious reasons. When you call the office they won't know why maintenance was there or why they locked your cat in the bedroo without food water or a letterbox for twelve hours.

Management has tried to cheat us out of Money. They have been rude and disrespectful of us since we moved here. They never have answers when we call the office

Do not move here. As a current resident I think you should all know the trouble we have had with management, maintenance, and neighbors since living here.
