I think that the B23 runs big. At least for me and my husband. My feet are narrow but my husband's are wide but we both had to size down. It's hard to say. Actually, best to really try it on at the boutique or any store carrying B23s.

My Nike Shoes are usually US 6 or EU 37. My B23 is EU 35. My Prada and LV Sneakers are EU 36. My Gucci Sneakers are Eu 35.5. So I think it really depends on the shoe. Hope that helps. Thank you!
