the living area is tiny, that's why they keep showing the bedrooms, 65 square feet is very small, that should be a 1 bedroom at that size, you're not going to live in bed

the asking price must be so absurd that they won't post it for fear of being exposed for asking way above market value

It's not really that nice at all. Very plain. Cost another 5-7 million to decorate and make it look like a penthouse.
