I don't mind them, exect for the yahoos that don't know how to use them. This particular one doesn't make a whole lot of sense but I guess the county had to spend some money before the end of the fiscal year.

@@reptalien_music That's when you know you need lower taxes. If there's a mandate to spend, that means they didn't need it to begin with. The mandate is a poor justification for unneeded taxes and spending.

Thanks! When I was in Vow Of Silence, we went to Spokane from yakima once to play a show with a couple other Yak bands. Vicious Circle was one, but I can't remember the name of the other one, but the singer was named Brad, a Guy I knew from bussing tables at Black Angus...anywayz...Brad was bein' himself, joking around and said to one of the band girlfriends "Hey! Show me your tits!" She replied "Why? You've seen tits before, they're all the same". I couldn't help but chime in and retort "Yeah but it's always fun to see a new one". Brad appreciated that and gave me a high 5. Silly times.
