Anybody with average intelligence can learn to (almost flawlessly) march in step in about 30 minutes. Turning and changing formation, that's the real point of the drill. As cool as it may look, imagine these guys in perfect lockstep, blasters in front of them... but as it is, it just looks like wannabes in costumes... quite sad really.

Wow that's how i imagine a real Star Wars Parade. They could march better over some parts and they should change the whistles into drums, but really impressive.
