I think I'd have added a stiff tension spring on the other end from the straining screw - you want constant tension, not constant length. Unless (of course) there is a spring the other end that I can't see!

My old friend is in a nursing home. I seen Pink Floyd with Gimoure at the Dome, I seen Rogers at the Xcel, I seen this band and it was amazing. I was looking through the Armadillo tour schedule and it looks like they are not going to bring back the Floyd show. Saddened, but I will bring my friend in the nursing home to at least see the Eagles Tribute, I hope his mom goes, she is 81.

If an old building from at least the early 1900s that is still in a stable condition, then it should be illegal to dear down. But in this video the building looks like it was heavily damaged by a fire.
