Ooh I really appreciate that you pointed out items that were different in the buffets. It's hard picking out places to go when you're on a time limit, so that's really helpful! I notice that the roast beef/prime rib tend to be kinda pink in both places--I usually ask for the chef to grill it a little more in the states, but I don't know if that's against the etiquette there in Taiwan or even something they can do in the first place. Would you advise against asking so it's not awkward/rude?

I always hate bean sprouts. Its really spoiled a taste for me and spoiled my mood. They refuse to make new and yet they want to use which is make with freaking bean sprouts. Than just hokken bean sprouts instead of noodles. This is how they love more bean sprouts than noodles? Its really upset me. I love hokken noddles, but always i hate bean sprouts. 😤
