Why?

Customer service is horrible and they just keep transferring you if they don’t know so you have to re explain. Synapse 3.0 doesn’t work with them. You can’t equalize them. Says they come with thx surround sound but doesn’t sound like it. Returned it and bought the apple pro max and got the Dolby app; 100% difference in sound quality. If you need a mic I’d say just buy a mic or get a different headset
