I just had a situation which a very crazy woman who lives six houses down was driving by and taking pictures of our house. She was also stalking my subtenant here. We went to the magistrates office and filed an emergency protective order, only to find out she had one against me. I was pretty shocked. But my EPO and my subtenants did get granted, and also a warrant was issued for her arrest for stalking. She has absconded and went to another state to hide out at her ex husband's house. Meanwhile, my subtenant and I went before a judge and told what happened and we got a preliminary protective order against her for fourteen days. The hearing for the Permanent Protective Order is in a week and the judge is very familiar with this person because many of my neighbors have also filed cases against her. Last weekend I spotted her and called the cops, so they could come and serve her the stalking warrant and the PPO, but she had someone pick her up and not sure where they went, but obviously she knew that she was wanted. Police did serve me with the EPO but by the time they did the 72 hours had expired, and she didn't try to get a PPO on us because if she went to the courthouse she would be arrested on the warrant. What happens if they can't locate her by the time we have our hearing next Thursday here in Virginia?

I served a order of protection against a covert narcissist who's been harassing me and terrorizing me online Im praying to god the judge will favor me and they will undo the damages done to my reputation and career. What isn’t mentioned here is that in federal court, any conviction you have regardless of if you served time on that conviction or not , and worse regardless of that conviction is a misdemeanor in the state you’re convicted if that conviction carries a sentence that exceeds 1 year and 1 day in federal court you are considered a felon. regardless of the state’s classification of the offense. So let’s say 14 years ago you were convicted of shoplifting or trespassing or a DUI and you received 18 months probation, then tomorrow you’re arrested for gun possession, The ATF , could very well file a complaint charging you with 1 count of 922g.1 -Felon in possession of a firearm and this will be the result of the 14 year old prior convictions that were considered misdemeanors in your state.

If you use lethal force at all in any situation you bound to atleast serve until your first hearing. Because you best believe me ive seen it all regardless the witnesses or situations you were the user of lethal force so they have to obtain you. So in Tennessee, considering moving to Nashville, if someone breaks into my home I do not need to retreat, and I can consider the invasion a reasonable fear of death and can respond with deadly force. If entering. However, in the few seconds of action firing upon the first intruder and chambering and firing on the second intruder who might be exiting, but not in retreat but for cover is it not reasonable for the defender to continue firing until the threat is either eliminated or completely retreated?

I was served an order of protection. On the order, it said to stay away from the plaintiff's or petitioner's place of residence. When the plaintiff relocates their residence where they live while an order of protection is in effect, do you stay away from the plaintiff's old former residence or the new current residence where they now reside or living at?

Lord, if he made it home, he was home free! They cannot prove he drove drunk nor even that it was him driving his car. He shouldn't answer the door.. and if they get a warrant to come in, he could just pour out some beer or vodka, and put it on the table, say he started drinking the moment he got home. Done. That would be a piece of cake, I believe, for a good lawyer.

Going through this right now. Have an identity theft case against another individual in another state and that court is mishandling that so badly I want them to drop it. They are charging them with things that didn't happen and borderline 6th Amendment violation in my opinion because it's been way too long when they had all the evidence necessary presented to them on a silver platter. Also, any information I request has taken about two months before I get a letter from them. So I've basically told them I want to recant my statement and have said I would like to reimburse the defendant for any legal fee's they've incurred so far because I don't like what they are doing.

I had no alcohol in my system but was on a legal prescription had a 1200 dollar accident and he sad he smelled alcohol so I had to give blood I was not high just had my prescription in my blood and now I get charged with drug dui I will never take any prescription drug or any drug ever again this was bs because the lady I hit loves to call the cops I ran her driving record she got 3 speeding tickets one of them was 3 weeks before our accident my advice to you all is be careful when taking a prescription like don’t drive but the sad thing is most cops are on the same prescriptions that they put us in jail for and there out there in high speed traffic chasing people and they wreck all the time but no blood test for them
