People who are doing it don’t have to force themselves to do it - it just comes vvv naturally to them. If you’re rotting, then rot well, don’t feel guilty dude. Just do it in awareness. That will help in watching the mood, instead of becoming it. Practice kindness and self love when feeling bad - makes coming out of a bad mood easier.
