Really cool video and awesome footage! The part about the Monte Palace hotel ruins is not really true though, it's not heavily guarded (at least for over a decade now) and at every occasion I was there since 2021 it was a very well visited tourist spot. There were at least 20 other people with me in the building or on the roof, even mothers with little children 😊

I wanted to take a moment to thank you for making this video. We traveled from Las Vegas to the Azores specifically because of this video. Words can't describe how beautiful and amazing Flores Island is. We were blown away by it. The 20 min hike to the falls was tough but it was so worth it. We thought now we know why you was sweating during that hike..lol. By the way Mystic Tours is a great option we used. She did an amazing job of showing us Flores. She was so sweet and nice. Thank you again. It was a trip of a lifetime.

hey, so my girlfriend is form Flores and we just stumbled upon this video and I am so excited that she is is excited to tell me things aboutt her island through your video. HOWEVER I got to realise that half of the things you told about this video is partially misinterpreted and wrong. I have never seen my girlfriend being so critical about things but this was one hell of a critical commentary which also made me realise new things about my gf. Thank you for the video anyway made my gf happier and nostalgic
