2024 Robin Bruce Sustaining Presence Award
We present the Robin Bruce Sustaining Presence Award, which honors individuals and organizations whose dedication and contributions create communities of care. This year, we are privileged to recognize Memorial Drive Presbyterian Church (MDPC) as the award recipient.
For over 30 years, MDPC has been a devoted mission partner, program host, and benefactor of CarePartners. From hosting our Gathering Place and Second Family programs to providing ongoing financial support and guidance, MDPC exemplifies what it means to be a sustaining presence in service to Houston's most vulnerable populations.

I'm single and am leaving most of my estate to charity via CD's and POD. What is the best way to hire an executor?
ITS NOT MARIJUANA, STOP SAYING THIS. YOUR ONLY ALLOWED AN OIL OR EDIBLE MADE FROM HEMP AT 1% THC. YOU'D HAVE TO DRINK GALLONS OF THIS FOR ANY EFFECTS.
HI very very informative session . Excellent .. I like to ask just one or two questions. ( I subscribed to your channel) 1) What is the different between Pay on debt and beneficiary? I am thinking beneficiary designation is nothing but POD? 2) If some loved one in the family is the beneficiary of the bank account of decedent . Can the beneficiary access the funds right away after death or beneficiary has to produce the Death certificate to the bank to access the funds? 3) After the marriage , how any property acquired in the household is treated ? Is it under Jointly with rights of survivorship or separated if brought by money earned by particular individual in the family? I mean if husband is working and women is home maker , then the car brought by husband becomes joint property or separate property? Scenario here is the Husband owns the title of the car. 4) Any Car , house or any other Tangible Property titled in the name of the individual in the family becomes that individual separate property or is it JOINT property and belongs to both husband and wife? 5) Where is the question and answer video you have ? I like to watch it ? 6) If the bank account or retirement account has a beneficiary , then as understood it doesn't need probate process to pass down to the beneficiary ? What happens if the decedent has a third party debt, and does not have any other property then other two accounts written above? For the third party debt is any beneficiary liable ? For example take a Car , the decedent owns it , but still has payments left , is any beneficiary liable to pay the debt ? After decedent the beneficiary got both the bank account and retirement account what happens to the car debt owes to third party?

Hello
Excellent presentation, Jack!
Well done Jack!
Thank you for this video!
I have been suffering from Parkinson disease for 4 years now at 51 years of age till i used Perfect Herbalife. I used to have sleepless nights, tremors, weakness, slow movement etc. I was placed on Sinemet for 7 months and then Sifrol and Rotigotine was introduced which replaced the Sinemet but I had to stop due to side effects. Last year, I started on Parkinson's disease herbal treatment from Dr Ovie, this natural herbal treatment totally reversed my Parkinsons disease. The treatment worked incredibly for my Parkinsons disease, i have a total decline in symptoms including tremors, stiffness, slow movement and others.
