Nice job. I’ve installed those exact exterior lights before and I can confirm that they do have light sensors on top. They will only come on if it’s dark out.
Both of those bedroom circuit breakers need to be replaced in addition to the main breaker. One has a blue colored test button which has been recalled by square D many years ago and most likely doesn’t work. The other has a yellow button which is GFCI only and is not appropriate for a bedroom circuit. They both need to be replaced with white test button Square D combination AFCI circuit breakers.
Any Square D arc fault circuit breakers with a blue test button are defective and were recalled by the manufacturer. They should be written up to replace. Most likely if you tested them at least one wouldn’t trip.
That hose Bibb may have an anti-siphon device built into it. It is called an Arrowhead Brass Arrowbreaker hose Bibb. You need to check closely for them because they look very similar to regular hose bibs.
Walk away and fast !
Be careful plz, you gave the address and are showing that it's not occupied...
I’m getting strong slumlord vibes from this property

The electric panel is okay except for the GE brand breaker used in a Cutler Hammer panel. They are not listed to be used together.
I’m a big fan of block houses in Arizona

Nice work with the inspections. I’m curious which state you’re in.
