I think we should ask the government to build a wall similar to the one in Berlin, blocking those underlings from Blackpool leaving and infecting the rest of this great country.

yeah...And blackpool is such a perfect place to live isnt it? A higher percentage of unemployment, higher rate of violent crimes, higer rate of sexual offences, less of Blackpool's citizens move into further education than Preston's citizens, less people in higher paid jobs, there are more people dying than there are being born whereas in Preston more people are being born than are dying, the average wage is lower in blackpool.
