Sorry for delay nochu, you should add ur country as Bhutan for google Adsense code and you have to give your postal address. They will then directly sent to you through Bhutan post la.

If your location is set somewhere else than Bhutan, then how is it possible they were able to send you the pin code of your UA-cam to Bhutan Post Office, wouldn't it go somewhere else where you'd set the location to? Or is there an option where you can choose where the pin code would be delivered. Like Google and UA-cam's location can be different.
Once your UA-cam channel is monetised and start earning, u will be asked to create google Adsense account where they will ask your address and loctaion. In that google Adsense account, ur location should be Bhutan and so that they will sent PIN code to your address la.

@mapleaydin UA-cam channel setting should be other country since Bhutan is not eligible. Google Adsense account’s setting should be Bhutan. It’s two different account. Google Adsense account is the mode where u will be paid by UA-cam. Explore once from UA-cam. There are plenty of information given
