Hi there, my name is MissWestSims and welcome to my channel!
After getting my architecture degree I taught at a high school for almost six years. After a very difficult year I decided it was time for a change and went back to my architecture degree. Now I’m 32 and an architectural consultant at my old university and spend my days looking at the university buildings.
I’m my spare time I play a lot of Sims. The Sims has always been my escape from life. I love playing, building… Just me sitting on my couch playing Sims on my Xbox. Love it.
I’ve noticed there aren’t a lot of youtubers who play on console. But playing on console doesn't really limit you're ability to build or play in any way, and I will show you this.
I try to upload a new speed build every weekend and I always upload my builds to the Sims 4 gallery, so you if you see a build that you want to play in yourself: my ea-id is also MissWestSims.

I had to take a little break. I've been sick for a couple of days, I'm still constantly tired, I did go to a concert, and now this weekend one of my brothers is in the hospital (he's fine now), so there's so much going on!
So I actually build this two weeks ago. It's a sort of rundown/old house belonging to grandparents with a couple of grandchildren living there. I wanted to make a very old house that my sims could renovate. Mainly because I'm also considering moving, which would entail large amounts of renovation probably.

Every time I try to raise objects (I have the cheat on) it just raises it to the next floor level not just raising the object itself
LT undoes whatever i most recently did i’m so confused
The same thing was happening to me. Instead of clicking them, I selected the item, held the both down and then moved the item and it worked

Just got back into the Sims again after years of not playing and this was exactly what I needed! Thank you. I find it pretty annoying that we have to use cheats in order to change object elevation and that’s a huge missed opportunity on EAs part to not just make that part of the game… decorating your Sims home and customizing things is one of the biggest parts of the game and with how long it’s been out it’s disappointing they haven’t patched that in by now. Instead they do updates for things that really don’t matter all that much like the one that came out today lol.
