I'm excited for your new podcast! I hadn't really thought of a word of the year. They typically seem really touchy-feely to me. But I have been thinking through some things this week about if they are good to be part of or not and I think I've come up with the word PROCESS: a series of actions or events performed to make something or achieve a particular result, or a series of changes that happen naturally.
Love it. I have only done word of year few times as I felt the same way. But I like having something to help guide and focus decisions I have in life, much like your word Process! Love it 😊
