This products df64e gets hundreds of bad reviews on Reddit regarding clogging issues. People have to disassemble it everytime after grindering more than 10 grams of coffee beans. It is a product that is sensitive to the beans. It does not even work for a medium roasted beans sometimes. After claiming a warranty after 11 months of use, I also find the so called 1 year warranty useless. It requests endless videos for its engineers to figure out what's wrong with the machine, and its has a list of useless solution for you to figure out what's wrong with your machine. It does not directly respond to your request of fix or exchange, and I believe this business should not exist in North America.

Hello from Houma Louisiana!! Great videos and I’m loving the Turin lineup. Still undecided on which one to consider.
How does the DF83 compares to something like the Ceado? I see one in the counter. The only thing I have against the DF83 is that is made in China.
Kicks Ceado Butt. The DF64E is a good contender with the E37J which is the one I have.
