Lots of similarities, I'm sure. I'm not sure when Halo: Combat Evolved came out, but this game (and this map) were released in 2004. Beyond that, I'm not sure if one influenced the other

I forget what the setting was, but I got the mini-map in the pause menu. The low-res Spyro was a cheat code. At this point, the only cheat codes and mods I use are ones that do not affect anything (other than affecting how the game looks)
