Did this a few weeks ago. Unfortunately the feed line and thermostat are also apparently leaking. Not to mention the oil filter housing which completely went. Still love this car 😆😭

An Imola red 4.6is is near impossible to find now…. Just remember, the closer they are to stock, the better they actually are. I just installed brand new OEM shocks and struts on my Estoril 4.6is and it’s incredible. I would definitely go this route. Take care of it as they’re aren’t many left.

Same thing just happened last night. Wake up in the morning with a green puddle. Checked the expansion tank fittings and bleeder all look okay. Looked over behind the radiator and lots of green dried coolant on one of the lines. Identified it as the turbo coolant return. Gentle squeezing at the rubber connection to the metal line identified the crack. Turns out it's exactly the same as your video. I liked the "this is not a DIY video" that's for sure. Too bad you're not in San Diego you could replace mine!

Mufflers and resonators bolted up?

Just had this happen, refill coolant light came on.. topped it off with coolant then when I drove the car the next morning it gave me the refill light again. So I let the car sit overnight for it to cool down next morning. I checked my coolant tank and there was no coolant so I came to the assumption that I have a coolant leak somewhere. Went to my local BMW because luckily I purchased extended warranty until 100 K miles. BMW told me it’s my turbo coolant lines. Also they are replacing my oil filter housing gasket as well.. 😬

how do you test the starter to ensure it is broken and that it's not the alternator or the battery?

Would have thought the whole backpipe and muffler to gone missing. But it just tore open.

I had the same exact thing happen on my 2007 Outback. We tried welding and doing small patches but it kept breaking at different points before the entire back half of my exhaust fell off. I’ve got a 2019 Impreza now and I’m going to be sure to wash the undercarriage regularly
