Don’t give up! Multi-Family industry is such a small but also big avenue for multiple career opportunities. You are going to do amazing things in the industry.

Hey girl!! Realtor here that used to work in PM. Some advice if you’re considering getting your license; DO NOT QUIT YOUR CURRENT JOB WHEN YOU PASS!! The amount of fees/dues and items you have to get such as business cards, signs, NAR membership, MLS access, and the list GOES ON, get overwhelming and the income from PM is going to be your lifesaver!! I love being a Realtor but babyyy it’s hard to start that business in the first year!! Wishing you the best of luck!! 💖
