Go behind the scenes on Gonzo Gourmet Food Truck. Watch as Chef Brandon reveals recipes used on the mobile food unit and demonstrates how to prepare them. Videos include dishes used for catering - such as chicken roulades, outlaw eggs Benedict and fish - and his popular festival food such as tacos and sweet potato fries. Often beginning with a trip out to the fields of his farm to gather ingredients, or in the commissary to bake homemade bread, chef Brandon shows how using fresh products enhance every meal. He collects herbs from the herb garden, fruits from his orchard, eggs from his backyard chicken coop, vegetables from the gardens and meats from the livestock he raised himself. Produce and livestock on Gonzo Farm include pigs, sheep, lamb, chickens, tomatoes, cilantro, onion, spinach, hot and sweet peppers, squash, broccoli, kale, lettuce, cucumber, basil, and much more. Kim bakes all types of oven goodies including farmhouse bread, rolls, sweets and more.
