Ugh, where do I start. The announcement happened after I filmed this, otherwise I probably would have brought something up lol I dunno man, I'm trying not to be sour here cause I'm sure that, eventually, we'll be able to get our hands on some. I do think that there are some really cool art works here and the fact they are bringing back box toppers is nice but it might be another promo that is hard to get your hands on. I think the insanity is that this thing sold out even before the announcement for it was over, which is crazy. It also adds to another problem, which is that people are starting to get scared of going out to look for cards. We've seen the videos of people rushing Costco's, the LGS's are also putting limits not only on product but the number of people allowed into the stores on launch days cause they are worried about the safety of their staff and property..Even some big box stores are ordering less product cause they don't wanna deal with it. At the end of the day you're gonna have those who are in the hobby because they enjoy it, others who want to profit and some who are somewhere in between. Whatever it is I just remember that what I'm doing, I'm doing for the fun and enjoyment of the hobby and hanging out with you guys. I realize I went on a rant there haha

@ the rant was warranted! Personally there are so many great sets in circulation for retail price thankfully you’ll still have plenty of product for the channel! I personally don’t care for the set but still sad to see all the scalpers and how Pokemon is doing nothing about it. I think they’re fueling the fire as much as they can and I’m worried it’ll lead to “wax era” of pokemon like baseball cards did in the 90s-00s

It's a good point and yea, I'm not worried, there is plenty to collect for sure! Along your point about Pokemon not doing anything about it; it doesn't help that they are saying they will be short printing a lot of these newer sets. Now, will that be long term? We don't know. Apparently they can''t keep up with demand, which is why they are short printing sets like Surging Sparks and Prismatic thus adding fuel to the fire. I personally feel like they will eventually be able to second print a lot of these sets and it will help drive the costs down but right now I think a lot of people are dealing with FOMO more than anything.

I really like any set with a Trainer Gallery and this one was no exception. It's gonna some amazing artwork for sure.
