I've been to Jolo Sulu many times, wala naman akong na encounter na kagaya sa mga sinasabi mo sa video. People of Sulu are highly accommodating and friendly as long as you follow the locals traditional custom then you're generally safe. kung dayo ka sa lugar wag kang pasaway para di ka mapahamak. Respecting locals will let you gain their respect too. Mema ka lang talaga..
