Ubisoft Shanghai only did the single player. Ubisoft Milan did all the V1 multiplayer and is to be blamed for Dawn Waves’ spawn.

About the community it's so small and so toxic. On xbox we got like 15 players or so and I've watched them run away about 5 new players in the last couple months. Sad honestly I think this game will pick up a little when the remake is announced

I didn't like the set piece level design they like to focus on, and the changes to the voices. Made the world building more flat

You can tell the same devs that made Double Agent 360 is the same as this one (Ubisoft Shanghai)

Splinter Cell Double Agent on the OG XBOX is basically Splinter Cell Chaos Theory 1.5, it was made by the same team as Chaos Theory and since Chaos Theory to this day is the best Splinter Cell, it's crazy that Double Agent isn't getting the same love. It's not -as- tight as Chaos Theory but it still is excellent, had such a good time with it.
