New product Review and install video
Thank you for explaining everything , I can’t understand how the front axle is attached ? But I will keep re watching
Hi Kevin, the 4 link bars keep the axle from moving front to rear. There is a bar behind the front axle that keeps the axle from moveing left to right. One end of the bar is attached to the chassis and the other is attached to the axle using rod ends for adjustability. Hope that helps.
Just found your channel and subscribed. I have a channel too, but my focus is pretty unfocused as I cover a bunch of topics. I spend winters north of San Antonia and summers east of Denver. Your work looks good and I look forward to seeing the laser cut parts.
Thanks for the support, glad you found my channel!
Thats cool, I have a Steelie frame CBR600 but can no longer ride as my backs buggered, Id love to make this type of single seater for track days.... Maybe one day.
That would be cool!
The background noise levels throughout are wholly unacceptable. My retention was like 3 ninutes of scrubbing through in frustration
Sorry about that.
Front end is great, classic style.
Appreciate that!
Nice to see people come up with new ideas and improvements.
Thanks for the comment, more to come!
Nice racer, but WAY too much talking!
Thanks for the feedback, I'll try to keep it brief in the next video.
Nice build! Where did you get the front springs?
Thay are part of the kit I am putting together for sale later this year. Thanks for the nice comment.
@ that’s great, in the meantime where did you get them?
just kinda stumbled in here, Nice looking cart. will have to look these carts. But I like the idea of the air filter mod on your engine. I put those in my vintage garden tractors and the Carb and filters get in the way.
Thanks for checking it out!
Looks awesome but they were called "cycle cars" i guess you are making go cart versions?
Thanks! Yes, these are more like go-karts with a cyclecar design.
You seem to be the only one who knows what they are called. I guess you are going to have to correct everybody.
I thought historically they were called cycle cars ?!
That is correct.
Your workmanship looks very professional and clean. Very well designed and engineered, it should be a really great Kart! The emergency brake is a valuable feature, several drivers have been injured when their Karts ran over them during pull starts.
Appreciate it! It's always good to be safe and this is a good way to help ensure it.
Another option would be bronze welding. It was used during WWII by the British to weld all their engine mountings for all their 4 engine bombers as well custom motorcyle racing frames such as Seeley,Martin, and Harris Performance who still uses it on the Mag 2 and 4, TZ-250/350 and Ducati frames as well as others. It leaves a beautiful appearance. It can’t be used with US 4130 chromoly because of a particular alloy it uses. Wish you all the best.
I'll keep that in mind, thanks for the tip.
I think it’s a great quality build but it’s going to be way too heavy , one of the objects should be to keep weight to a minimum. Just my thoughts. 🇬🇧👍
I agree, but I want it to look as close to the original picture of the car that I have. Thanks for the great comments.
This is really fantastic work
Appreciate it!
Hi good video i suggest moving your camera aroud
I appreciate the feedback, I'll work on that.
good tips 👍
Appreciate that, thanks for watching.
Nice 👍🏻
Thanks for the visit
Looks good.
Thanks, and thank you for the comment.
Little less chirping and a little more working
Working on it.
Very nice!
Thanks! Glad you like it.
Too nice by the time your done with it id be afraid of wrecking it.
Something to think about, but It's a race car. I'm lucky I can rebuild it myself. Thanks for the comment.
Thats a pretty impressive build, but seems like a ton of overkill for a 212cc lawnmower engine
I agree, but that's the rules. If it was up to me, I would make it a 125 shifter. Thanks for the comment.
Great work, very impressive. Looking forward to more.
Thanks! More videos to come.
Cool
Thanks!
Very nice build!
Appreciate the kind words!
Who makes the fender down kit on the yellow one?
Talk to much. The whole time I couldn’t getting a good view to the product.
Howdy nice video. Did you sell the yellow for $5,500 and how long did it take? I have a blue 2020 with $4,200 worth and of upgrades 1,100 miles and mint and was wondering what i could get for it. Thanks
Hi, can I ask what you used to lower the front mud guard on the yellow one? Would love to do the same. Thanks.
people here but 17 - 35
Not people here just person but 14 - 37
I own a 2021 in the Red & White, I paid $4200 cash out the door from East Side Honda in Baytown Texas. I see you are in Texas. I'd love to have a yellow one but that price is pretty high for what I would like o find. Just a nice used stock yellow. I'm sure what you're asking is fair, I just wish it was closer to what I am looking for.
Hello, which handlebars are this? I like them a lot. Was cables and wires long enough for change to this handlebar? I already have a Monkey.
Check description, no modifications required.
That’s a deal on some sweet bikes! My 2019 yellow monkey wears TX plates, too- wish I could afford to put that red one next to it!
Hi Roscoe, thanks for the great comment please share. Thanks again.
Hi mate do you have to change or update the speedo ???
A new subscriber here. This is a great how-to video! I just got my new 2021 Red Monkey and I love it! Thanks for the information!
The 2022 Monkey will have 5 speed. Lower 1st gear and higher 5th than 2021 4th gear. Will that be dope ?
I have not heard, if people are loven it, or not? People are not digging the black frame paint.
@@1972mercurycougar I have a 2022 and I like the black frame paint a lot. Also, the black rims looks nice. I did not have a choice. I cared more about having a five speed over a four speed tranny
Really wish you would have shown it with the lic plate installed. Looks like is comes with a backing plate and reflectors but since you didn’t mount them I note sure.
Drive sprocket bolts torque spec is 9 lb-ft (12 nm)
My kit arrived today. Super fast shipping!! This may be the easiest aftermarket I have ever installed on anything and it looks great also. The fit, finish, and workmanship are top notch.
just get the yoshi less work
This unit is a direct plug and play to the original wiring harness. The Yoshimura requires that you cut and reattach the bare wires from the kit light. How is this possibly less work?
I got the yellow EU version going to keep it stock and in mint condition

DONT WAST YOUR TIME WATCHING THIS
To late, already watched and enjoyed it. Nice parts selection and one of the coolest looking Monkeys I've seen.
Is this the facture chain ????????
No
@@thelonebuilder3336 ok what is it ??????????????????
is that with a normal 14tooth or a 42 so i will fit the a different chain size ???????
14 tooth stock chain.
You need the round light like they have in japan
What's a tight tuck ?
Great job! I’m a little mechanically inclined but you explain this so well my wife can do it excellent job
Glad it was helpful!
Do you still sell these ??
Did anything else change after installation the air intake mod? I have read it can mess with something else. Thank u.
Doesn't that just make it easier for some scumbag to get access to under the seat ?
