I took myself off blood pressure medication and I’m walking. Accepting a work as a cosmetologist a couple days a week to move during the day. Ordered Eric Adams book for recipes. Ordered Dr. Christine O’s book this morning. But would gladly get a jump on it by getting an ebook. If not possible the book is on the way. I’m also plantbased with a few slips here and there.
