Why would the idle problem be intermittent? It happens to me briefly and then doesn't happen again for a few days.

My engine revs up noisely for a while before picking up when I match the gas pedal. I can alternate free the pedal and re-engage it again to get the car to respond. Is it gear or engine related? Thanks man

I have a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee with a 4.7….jeep dealership has discontinued the PCV valve and the aftermarket parts does not look like original or fit my jeep l tried cleaning it …but feel spring is weak or just part is worn out causing oil consumption and burning oil with blue smoke from tailpipe …………anyone with suggestions ? If you are here, heed the warning ⚠️. Go replace your PCV asap. Best case your turbo will blow, worst case, new engine. Good luck.

For example, if there was a poor O2 sensor reading due to excessive soot in the chamber, and it’s suggested that cleaning the sensor would solve the problem and let's say that it would do the job, would it be okay to also perform decarbonization to address the excessive soot and other particles as well? Should the decarbonization be done before or after cleaning the sensor, and would it be necessary to clean the sensor again after decarbonization?

I only have a p0744 code which is for my torque converter. only signs I noticed is that I get low fuel mpg I have slight slipping sometimes and my car at 40mph is at 3,500rpm. At 45-60 mph my rpm’s are at a constant 4,500-6,000 rpm’s. Can I just fix my torque converter? Or do I have to replace my tranny? Which are very hard to find for my 1999 Nissan Sentra.

Guess what I've been through all that three times as a matter of fact and I still have a battery light on and it just came on right after replacing the dead battery and the bad alternator and yes they were all checked themselves and their components all the grounds are just fine and all of the fuses and relays they're all fine so what's up now

Hi guys, I use 1.2 puretech 130 ps, there is oil sweating at the connection point of the turbo air hose and throat valve, and if I don't wipe oil, it drips after a certain period of time. There may be a small sweating at that point in petrol engine, but I confuses me to drip. Could the problem be caused by the pcv valve? What is your suggestion?

Don't use break cleaner on anything plastic period or anywhere near paint. Better yet how about making a video that isn't full of bs

All these videos are bla,bla,bla. I clean almost all sensors, idle Air Control Valve, Throttle Body, MAF Sensor, Oxygen Sensor, Throttle Position Sensor, Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor EVERY YEAR, etc, with new Engine air filter, good gas, clean fuel injectors, and the car is vibrating. the RPM Fluctuations doesn't exist when Car is Parked. New Structs, new motor mounts, new sway bar links, new sway bar bushing, new lower arm control with new ball joints, new tires with balanced and re-balanced and alignment and STILL THE SAME. ----- STOP MAKING VIDEO TO MAKE PEOPLE CRAZY AND SPEND MONEY BUYING AND REPLACING PARTS FOR NOTHING.

What if the vehicle has a erratic idle only when the air is on or if it is on defrost. Idle is fine when the heat is on the floor or the vents.

Something I learned along time ago, when at stop light, put your car in neutral. It releases the pressure on the torque converter and helps it last longer.

1:13 nonsense, it could be vice versa, i've seen destroyed engines by bad oxygen sensor, telling the ECU that it's too rich so ECU told the injection to sprinkle less fuel so it was extremely lean and it DETONATED the engine to motor heaven

I have a 17 corolla IM 6spd when it gets hot in the middle of summer after a good drive w/o AC on it bogs like it has bad gas, it has done this since 19k at 27k miles, this car is a lemon, it doesn't strands me- but more so as it is F*cking hard to drive. driving anything else feels like cheating after driving this god awful manual for 3 years. laggy throttle underpowered horrible gearing.

What causes RPM goes to zero? After I reset ACU by removing negative cable from battery rpm becomes normal. But when I test drive for several kms. or when I stop acceleration the idle speed goes to zero so the engine stop. Throttle body and IACV already cleaned.
