Long comment, but I know Cody is an indoor/arena football junkie and will read it. I’ve always thought that the IFL and NAL Champions should meet in a final game. Have both versions of the game, all of Bud’s children, meet in a final Arena Bowl for the Bud Foster Trophy. Use the original AFL rules for the game. In honor of Bud. But also it would make the game more competitive. The NAL isn’t of the same caliber and doesn’t view itself as a development league. The IFL is explicitly a developmental league, even restricting players to 7 years. I’d watch and that could get on TV easy.

Great Video as always. You know what would be a cool idea. Doing what some NFL Channels do and making the Top 10 games of the 2024 season. That could be good for the folks that are new to watching the IFL and they come across your channel. Can't wait for the Spokane vid though.

Unfortunately, all the fans that watched IFL games on UA-cam for years were blindsided by only having the Championship game on CBS Sports (I think that was the network). Sure would have been nice if we were notified in advance.

Disappointed. The Yatim family who own the Mass Pirates always put out a good team, but sadly the team has low attendance. I hope the Pirates return next year.

After the Rattlers start to the season it got me thinking maybe this is going to be a down year for them. They settled in after that and eventually won their way into the playoffs on the last weekend. Then they had to pull out a last play of the game victory in Vegas and I thought well they got further than I expected and I thought we'd have to travel to Bay Area and things would end there. San Diego's upset gave the Rattlers the home game for the Conference Final and got me believing maybe this is their year. Outscoring the Strike Force & Pirates by 111-39 to finish it off ... what else is there to say? Absolutely Incredible and just so happy for Kevin Guy, Devontae Merriweather and the rest of the team!

Squad riding Arizona at -175! No Sweat cash, brother! 💰💰 Definitely the biggest flop in Pirates franchise history today. Not having Thomas Owens completely disrupted the flow of the Massachusetts offense - last time TO was inactive Mass only put up 24 at Tulsa. Regardless of who was in or out, one team was prepared to party. The other was ready to play.

As a new fan of this league, the product on the field is very good but to me the biggest thing this league has to do is marketing itself. They have to find away to get new fans interested in this game and to get people to fill these seats. Yes, it’s not the NFL but what people don’t seem to understand is that you will never get this close to the action in any stadium in the NFL or college. The games are really fun and very affordable . I really want to see this league grow but my only concern is how they try to get more exposure for this league.

Chicago Rush; Arena Bowl champs in 2006; a few guys got some NFL looks too; Bobby Sippio in those later years before they folded; that's just a hometown pick. Otherwise, you cannot go wrong w/ the San Jose Sabercats; also put a few guys in the NFL - Rashied Davis was WR3/4 on that Bears team that lost to the Colts in SuperBowl XLI.

Great interview, I just purchase my season tickets for the INDY fuel & Freight. Now if 3 or 4 teams come from the AFL. The rival game would surly be the Albany FIREBIRDS. I hope the 2 or 3 leagues merge to make one indoor arena 32-40 team league. I love the UFL, but they will always have money issues ,unless the NFL take over the league. Yeah, so San Diego +130 was NOT the right play! 😂 My efficiency on 2024 Underdog moneyline picks now rivals the White Sox win percentage 😅 In retrospect, I would have been wise to consider the Kevin Guy effect on Nate Davis, as he has historically had some of his worst games as a pro against Arizona throughout his career. It's a matchup factor I used a ton last year and didn't even think to weigh in for my pick here. Congrats to Arizona on the Western title, Grudge Match incoming with the Pirates!

Yo I saw bigfoot lookout. But no an absolute dominate performance by the Rattlers defense. They shut San Diego down. Its a championship rematch, I'm getting Chiefs and 49ers flashbacks. Two teams that battled in a championship only a few years ago, duke it out again in Vegas 🤨

Layin' the juice on Arizona outright, interesting pick! We've now had four consecutive playoff games league-wide won by the underdog, so perhaps Monday will finally see a favorite live up to that moniker. I'm on the opposite end of this one, having taken SD Money for +130. Home-turf hasn't really been advantageous for the Rattlers recently, with Arizona a heartbreaking 1-3 at home in the playoffs since the 2021 United Bowl loss. San Diego has also been what the kids these days call a "wagon" in away games, winning seven of nine outside of Pechanga. I also like the Strike Force defense just a bit better with their explosive takeaway abilities, and the SD secondary picked off Sneed three times in June's matchup.

In regards to Green Bay, that was an embarrassing way to end the season, but at least the future seems bright. The Pirates though, amazing performance, impressive that they have already made it to 2 championships.

Thanks for getting this posted so quick. I was excited to get to talk about this game. Mass was wildly undisciplined, but incredibly talented. They were clearly so much physically better and were simply able to make up for some atrocious penalties. Green Bay was better coached and never quit which is what kept the statistics close, but the game was never in doubt. If the Pirates play that physical again they will be your IFL Champions. I also wanted to say I think the Pirates organization did their players a real disservice by letting some of that chippyness go on. This is a developmental league. These guys are looking for contracts in the NFL and CFL. From what I saw #74 has the talent to play in the CFL. He’s tall with a long reach, pass blocks well, and has good enough speed to get down field and pick up a block. I don’t remember if he was involved specifically in that foolishness. But if I’m a CFL scout watching that game I don’t know that he separated himself enough to spend a lot of time investigating character issues. It’s still such an entertaining league to watch even when the games can be a bit lopsided. Looking forward to the Wrstern Conference Championship on Monday.

O/U could go either way. Especially one this low where chunk plays and/or short fields could throw a wrench in the Under. We saw that with SD/BAY last week to an extent. MASS +7 is my play: Every game between these two at Resch has been within at least six points - and that particular game found OT. Great work as always!

Coming into the season, I really don't think anyone expected San Diego to make it this far. I was rooting for them in this game but i didn't think they were actually going to do it. Hype for Arizona vs San Diego. They're both playing at the top of their game rn.

I honestly think Vegas had more talent on the field. Kevin Guy is just such a master of game and time management.

I was at the game last night so much fun. so happy that the strikeforce won.

All the broadcast's were bad except the Green Bay-Quad City one on Friday. The 2 West games were REALLY bad. There was barely any audio for the entire 1st half of the Bay Area- San Diego game tonight. Then Arizona-Vegas on Saturday night didnt even come on until midway through the 1st quarter and they had to put it on the IFL's channel
