Australian Celtic Women is a dynamic all-female musical ensemble (dazzling vocals and whirlwind fiddler) backed by a 4 piece band and special guest artists. Showcasing celtic music from around the world (Scottish, Irish, Welsh, Spanish) with soaring vocal harmonies, duelling fiddles, bagpipes, bodrans, harp, tin whistle and many more.
The Australian Celtic Women show takes you away to rolling hills and memories of another time while also celebrating our heritage whether it be one generation back or many. We embrace that we are all Australian and have different heritages.
Based in Brisbane, Queensland.

Wonderful snapshot of our great time in Glen Innes, NSW as part of the Australian Celtic Festival 2023. We performed at the Glen Innes Chapel Theatre with Paul Anderson (Kings Fiddler) and looked for Jamie at the Standing Stones. We had a wonderful time at the Festival and it was a momentous occasion - Our premiere show - Australian Celtic Women at Australian Celtic Festival. Woohoo! Great comb...

Thanks Larry, appreciate the lovely comment. We're based in Brisbane, Australia (the first part of the name may have given that away) :) and we are planning some tours in 2025. Currently working on a CD although we are playing at a few festivals this year - check out our website or follow us on Facebook for the latest.
