I always preferred Jason over Tommy. Tommy would be number 3. I’m gonna get hear. But, I would put Zack over Tommy. I’m not even trying to throw hatred or shade at JDF. Tommy was a great character. I think if someone had thought of the Dakken idea back in the day, that would have been great. I always thought JDF was at his best as the Evil Green Ranger, and always wondered what it would be like if he stayed evil. The comics answered that. And he was a good leader once Jason was gone. Rocky never really rivaled the leader role. But, if Jason would have stayed there would always be an issue. But, you could have weaved some interesting stories though. Had maybe a Goku/Vegeta thing going on. Granted Austin didnt leave cause of JDF. There was a contract dispute or attempt at renegotiation, and Saban is a cheap bastard.

I loved Thuy, she was so awesome and so pretty. I miss her, may she rest in peace and May the power protect her, always.

I can't fathom why some people here are comparing the original Pink Ranger (Amy Jo Johnson) and the original Yellow Ranger (Thuy Trang) here. I mean, this is supposed to be a sort of tribute to the late Thuy Trang, so it is really not necessary to compare these two female rangers. We're just supposed to express our admiration to Thuy without criticizing Amy. If you find Trini (Thuy Trang) prettier or more attractive than Kimberly (Amy Jo Johnson), fine, that's your opinion, but there really is no reason to put Amy down. Both of them gave justice to their respective roles. Anyway, I love both Amy and Thuy. I love the original MMPR cast.

i didnt even know thuy trang passed away until around the time after jason david frank passed away. i was like 6 or 7 years old around the time she died so it was shocking for me to find out years later. so in some way, it felt like a double whammy there. two knife wounds to the chest at the same time. it so sad to see two of the famous people who made my childhood a better place, along with many others, gone out of this world, but they will never be forgotten.
