If you don't have the proper tools you can improvise modifying an old wrench by cutting it as he did or even heating it and bending the wrench. Also, it demonstrates You Can Do It yourself versus paying a repair facility to replace these parts on your vehicle.

I did this job at my shop today for the first time. I used a 21mm crows foot for the back nut. Just slipped it on the nut and it acted as if it were a welded nut. And to get it off once you tighten the bolt down, just angle a small pry bar onto the crows foot socket and hit it off with a hammer, because it will get jammed, especially if using an impact.

Do you have to replace the whole assembly or just the bulb? I understand that you'd replace the whole thing for better viz.
If the bulb is the only thing that is burnt you can replace that for sure. In my case the headlights were to foggy.

I got lucky and didn't have to as the headlights seem to be aligned

That is a gorgeous older craftsman!! Very good job repainting it. And yes get the transmission, idle should be brought up a bit more and definitely worth getting the transmission for the FWD!! I have the same mower 2007 same deck just a Briggs engine. Love it. May paint it red someday so thank you for the tutorial

Here we go again. A case of the engineers designing something they don't have to work on. Could have put in two "pop out" plugs at light bulb locations (brake and reverse).
Yeah 🙄 Have to take a 4 year course in engineering just to change a lightbulb.🤷♂️
Thanks for video. First time writing on here. I own an old Toyota Matrix 2004, basic model. There's an issue with the rear brake light on the right. Left side is fine. Tried to change the bulb. it's not that. Pushing break pedal only lights the left side. I also noticed that when the engine is off, and I turn the headlights to high beams, the lights in the back also light up - and both sides. - all the lamps! I know, this sounds like a mistery. Any advice would be aprreciated. Thx.
Honestly no idea.. It sounds like you probably have a short somewhere. Hopefully you have figured it out by now.

No, sorry. Maybe your local auto parts store is able to look it up or even calling the Toyota Dealer and asking them.

In the video I'm replacing the entire headlight assembly. Is that what you are asking? I don't have a part number if that is what you are requesting. The corner lens just gets remove and replace.

I've tried to look to see if I could find anything as to a name or part number but haven't been able to. It could be called headlight bezel cover, bumper trim cover, headlight cover. Front facia headlight trim/cover for example. You may need contact the Dealership. Sorry, i did try to help. Good luck 👍

anybody try the h4 led bulbs? no fan no converter by "beamtech"? bout to install new lights now and they came with new bulbs. have the beamtech's too, wondering if i should just send them back?
Sorry, I haven't changed out the standard bulbs that came with the headlight assembly.

You have waaaay too much coolant in your reservoir. The full line is down near the bottom.
Yes, I'm aware of that. I have a bad Radiator Cap and it is allowing too much coolant to bypass. I actually drained it already but it filled back up again. Thanks for the input.

I used a 3/8s drive as it was a 10mm deep socket. Sorry for the delay is answering your question.
