That looks really good! I have to try this method someday!
Thank you sir! Try it out and let me know how it goes 😁
Need that salt!
Yes sir!
Pellet grills is like the Ron Pepeal set it and forget it, it’s just an oven with smoke!
I always remove the membrane, so the seasoning penetrates the bottom, it’s not hard! Just my way! Sweat Baby Rays is the 2nd best rated BBQ right now 1st place is the one you make your self!!
I still remove them completely from time to time. I love them too! Good all around bbq sauce. Making your own is definitely great as well
Good comparison and good lookging bones ... are you in Ohio, looks like it
Thank you!!! I’m in upstate Ny. Can’t wait for this cold to be over 🥶
@@GalazzosBBQ I'm in Madison, Oh. right on Lake Erie, my wife and her family are from the Buffalo, Jamestown Ny. areas
ThermoWorks Thermometers (affiliate link): alnk.to/3J7kLp5
What smoke setting were you using on the pitboss you can make it burn more smoke
Sweet Baby Rays has the best sugar free BBQ sauce.
Great video! Pellet grills are great for convenience, but charcoal is king for flavor. I would recommend the Weber heat controller diffuser plate. I do a snake method with it, and I just love the results.
I agree! Sometimes it’s much simpler to fire up the pit boss , both have their advantages ! Sweet! I have to check out the diffuser plate
Love the color on that chicken, looks delicious!
Thank you! They’re amazing! One of my favorite recipes
The chicken looks fantastic, but you need to toast those tortillas brother! Then again I don't know what zero carb tortilla is made out of.
Thank you! I do love them toasted too. Tastes super good with a crunch :)
Why are they called rubs then?
I'll never own an EZ bake... While i get the convenience, all reports point to more smoke flavor either with charcoal or a stick burner.
Great video! Thank you! Keep them coming!
Thank you so much! I appreciate it!
yum!!
I did a New York strip this way today on my Weber Go Anywhere grill. Always a winner!
Smoking steaks is amazing. I like to use the snake with a fat tomahawk ribeye
I use the snake method for Chex Mix. 275F for one hour, stirring/mixing every 15 minutes.
I’ve seen people do that! I’ve never tried, how do you like it ?
@@GalazzosBBQ It's awesome! I use B&B briquets, as they do not produce a lot of smoke. Cereal takes on smoke very easily from what I understand.
B&B is great. Awesome! I have to try it out!
Great video with lots of detail, and you showed every step. Thank you, I love it!
Thank you my friend! I’m glad you enjoyed !
total cook time?
Great video, brother! Will you show us your salsa recipe?
Thank you!! Of course! Stay tuned I’m making a video on it shortly 😁
Short and informative, best kind of video
I appreciate it!
Good comparison, I love cooking ribs on my kettle or WSM, but it's nice to use my pellet grill on busier days!
Thanks! The WSM is an awesome unit too !
Some good looking smashers!!!
Thanks brother !
Thanks brother !
Oh, dats juicy!!!! 👀
Age old debate, pellet grills have not beenbaround that long😂😂😂😂😂. One is bbqin the other is a outdoor oven with probes that till you when it done. Where is the bbqin at with them hipster grills😂😂😂😂😂.
No hate here, I love the both for their own reasons. But when the weather and time allows it, the Weber snake method is a given for me
Nice ice on your wrist 🧊🧊
Thanks man :) Got it from the best long range sniper on YT
I bought my first one in 2000 after years of hassling with other types of grills..It was like the light coming on…It just flat worked with any thing I tried…I love’em.
I agree!
Looks hella good! I need a cold coke with mine !
Thank you!😎🤘🏻
Three brand drops.
Not sponsered by any of them. Just products I like to use
Hell yeah, bro. Nice channel! Have a nice new year.
Thank you! Happy new year !
My dad got a grill for Christmas I'll show him buddy
Awesome! Hell love these. Easy to make and super tasty!
Sorry for the double post what pellets did you use?
No worries brother that’s what the comments are for! I’m using applewood pellets from pit boss. I also LOVE bear mtn bbq pellets
@@GalazzosBBQ if you can find them on your area. Try the Bear Mountian "Maple Burbon Pecan"
I see the Snow??? Where you from??
New York! Upstate
Just popped by because of the title of your video. Who in their right mind would want to smoke a pigs butt! LOL! I'd rather smoke pot! :)
LMAO 🤣 funny name they have for it even though it comes from the shoulder. You’d never guess unless you knew!🤣
It’s no Komodo Kamado but it’ll get the job done!
Yessir!
Kamados are great too ! They hold heat very well because they are ceramic
That looks so tasty
It’s been on 5 hours now, the wait is dreadful when your mouth is drooling!
Awesome video, Awesome effort. I love it, must say it takes lots of bravery to bbq in the cold. ❤❤
thank you my friend!
Snake method is set and forget it without a Venom 200$ for nothing …
Love that rub!
Charcoal will always be better! Nice video brother, smoking a rack of beef back ribs on my weber kettle as i watch your video!
Thank you! I just did some beef ribs yesterday. How’d yours come out?
@GalazzosBBQ Came out perfect!
Man i b eating ribs all year. For Christmas im doing a rack.
Smoke on! 😎
Sweet baby rays rocks
Charcoal that’s easy
No sear/broil? Still looked great!
I do love a good sear ! Probably tastes great after smoking. I’m definitely going to give it a try. Thanks !
how to bbq right keep up the good work
Thank you sir
did you notice any difference between the ribs that you usually spritz, and these ribs that you didnt spritz?
Not an extreme difference unless you cook them hot and fast it can definitely help keep them from drying out
Weber with a spider grills venom is best of both worlds
Get a pellet tube if you want more smoke.
As much BBQ as I do, I have never tried one! I was thinking of getting one and making a video on it
My pellet tube gives off a dirty smoke flavor. Looking at a box with a single piece of charcoal and some wood chips. Any tube recommends?
Nope it want
I don’t do any of this crap when I’m done. I just scrape away whatever is on top, add a layer of oil and store away. Too much cleaning to have to do it again after another cook. Vids like this people think these are a nightmare to own.
The only extra step is throwing down the water. Helps get any extra stuff off and I highly recommend it. Takes me no longer than a minute and 3 years later it still looks brand new 🤷🏻♀️
this isn't "age old". pellet grills aren't even 1 lifetime old. gas vs charcoal is "age old" at best and charcoal cooking is too diverse to be considered represented by that one grill.
