    I always remove the membrane, so the seasoning penetrates the bottom, it’s not hard! Just my way! Sweat Baby Rays is the 2nd best rated BBQ right now 1st place is the one you make your self!!

    Great video! Pellet grills are great for convenience, but charcoal is king for flavor. I would recommend the Weber heat controller diffuser plate. I do a snake method with it, and I just love the results.

    I'll never own an EZ bake... While i get the convenience, all reports point to more smoke flavor either with charcoal or a stick burner.

    I use the snake method for Chex Mix. 275F for one hour, stirring/mixing every 15 minutes.

      Not an extreme difference unless you cook them hot and fast it can definitely help keep them from drying out

    I don’t do any of this crap when I’m done. I just scrape away whatever is on top, add a layer of oil and store away. Too much cleaning to have to do it again after another cook. Vids like this people think these are a nightmare to own.

      The only extra step is throwing down the water. Helps get any extra stuff off and I highly recommend it. Takes me no longer than a minute and 3 years later it still looks brand new 🤷🏻‍♀️

    this isn't "age old". pellet grills aren't even 1 lifetime old. gas vs charcoal is "age old" at best and charcoal cooking is too diverse to be considered represented by that one grill.
