Find a pen and long press the screen 2. After the touch calibration interface pops up, click the middle of the calibration "cross" that appears on the screen 3. The touch function is restored to normal use

​@@ZTUZAUTOunfortunately the recalibration will not work. The touchscreen controls the VW Radio in the background behind the carplay display. Carplay doesn't recognise the inputs. Removing power by pulling fuse used to correct this issue, but it has stopped doing that so will have to return as faulty. Was very good when it worked but unusable without touchscreen controls. 😢
