My soffits are all clear/ So either my ridge vent is compressed too much and not venting, or I'm not getting enough air in.

As a kid with ADHD who isn't being diagnosed because THIS is exactly what my parents think... This is just so wrong. Being a C student is BAD. You're setting your kid up for bad grades which won't get them many chances. I get constantly told to stop being creative at school because they don't have the paperwork to actually accept that I zone out a few times. It also very much affects your mental health not getting diagnosed. It sucks. You wouldn't be a good parent, change that.

As a child my family was poor, but somehow we always had what was needed. Sometimes it was a surprise to find groceries at the back door when we got home. When I took the leap I knew two things. 1-God was gonna take care of me, 2-I would do whatever had to be done to take care of my family. My wife even pointed that 2nd point out to me in support. This was also me taking a leap from a 13year career with great benefits and and average living pay with two kids and the age of 32. Now my business is rocking with 6 other team members than myself that kill it everyday. That leap was taken 6 years ago.

"stay in your lane" are four words easily said, which become hard when actions needs to run parallel with them indeed. when you went out and sold you gave a perfect example of that; and we've all done it. the old "nobody does it better" or "if you want something done..." which there also are easy words but where those words encourage the breaking away from the discipline with the actions that follow. so maybe that's it; don't say words that encourage actions that run counter intuitive to the vision and mission. and flag those that do and put up a wall of shame, a la words of shame, that when certain things are done; i.e., thow shall not sell when driving the company.. there is a consciencious acknowledgement of rule breaking versus finding out "later> 🙏🏼🫡👏🏼👏🏼

Here we are 2024, Your still amazing. ( No disrespect or alterer motives) I just want to say You always say, what I believe In without myself being able to say it. My performance has always been key , because I’m not always able to find the words to express . I love what I do. When I started working for a roofing contractor years ago but had an insurance background, yes I learned from my training but found myself with a team that was threatened versus encouraging. Your words, videos helped me succeed. I remember you responded to me asking you ,years later after working for contractor if you heard of public adjusters. You said sounds like a good gig. Lol I am now licensed and a PA but long story short is you for sharing knowledge and videos helped me. Thank you for keeping the values and motivation. I shared your videos so many times,Being in a male dominated field they loved or hated. lol anyone who hated I politely declined to work with. Thank you, thank you. Glad to see your videos again.

we have a lot of extreme weather events that can require emergency repairs, most roofs last much longer than 10 years. meanwhile a lot of britain is still using thatch because of regulations, and thatch roofing can barely withstand a decent rain storm
