Goku has no real answer to plot manipulation. With Spongebob being able to change the story, the possibilities are near endless and there should definetly be multiple ways to make Goku lose. And unlike Goku, Spongebob can capitalize on this wincons because of the massive speed advantage. So, yeah. Spongebob CAN beat Goku. Just barely, but he can do it.
